APRIL GOALS

So I’m starting over. Clean slate.
Today I will be working out for an hour at the gym.
My goal for April is to work out for one hour three times a week. A total of 800 minutes working out is the real goal, it’s an average of 1 hour three times a week plus 20 minutes.
My other goal is to eat within my calorie goal for the day 25 out of the 30 days. This means I will have to be diligent about logging my food for the month to know what I’m eating. I just need to get back to paying attention to what goes into my body.



Goals for today

1. Walk 10,000 steps
2. do ten flights of stairs
3. drink 8 cups of water
4. eat veggies at lunch.



today I will:

walk 10,000 steps
do my work out tonight.
eat between 1200 and 1500 calories
add more veggies to my meals



Goals.

being sick has really taken a lot out of my sails this last week. but I am starting to feel better and have a dr. appointment tonight to hopefully get me an antibiotic which may not but maybe will help this killer sinus infection that has me dizzy and nauseous (because apparently I can’t have a sinus infection and just have a nasally voice, it has to drain into my stomach and make me physically ill and make my head hurt so bad I can’t stand up).
So, I will say, now this new week has started and I have faith that I can get down one pound for the next ten weeks which will allow me to count this goal as COMPLETE.. :).
Goal: 170.
This isn’t my final goal, but my first goal, and I hope to get there as quickly as possible so I can keep it up until I reach my final goal of 45 lbs. total.



UGH

ugh. that’s what I have to say about losing weight. I try. I REALLY do. I’m not just saying that. I work out daily, eat better than before, and still NOTHING. In fact, I’ve gained back anything I did originally lose. I’m back up to having 30 to lose until I get to the weight I’d like to be. We’ll see, it’s more a SIZE I’d like to be, so if I get there, I don’t really care what I weigh. But still, discouraging. That’s how I feel right now.



So that will bring me down to

152. Actually right now it would bring me down to 154.
I’ve given up weighing myself except for once a week on weigh in day. I’ve been getting discouraged with my weight loss and I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that I weigh myself EVERY morning.
I am only doing this once a week, I’m going to be honest with myself.
I’m at a bit of a plateau but I’m certain that it will start going down again. I think I would like to have this goal reached by The last week of June.
So there’s that. Deadlines. Which I’ve never worked well with, but if I don’t make it I don’t I’m not giving up, but I think it’d be nice to have some idea of when I’d like this goal of my list by :):).
