Well I am finally getting enough sleep, but that’s because I have been sleeping in every day since the kids got out of school and staying up too late. I want to get back to going to be earlier and waking up earlier – but still getting all the sleep I need.

I am playing with waking up early again. I feel much better and get more things done. I am on 4 days in a row now.
But, the past two days I have been up way too late. Trying again tomorrow.
Being that it is 1 am and I am still awake, I guess I will be starting tomorrow on my goal to get enough sleep :) My goal is to get back to sleeping 10:30 or 11:00pm to 6:30am. My body seems to like this pattern the best.
The plan:
Go to sleep 5 minutes earlier until I am back on schedule.
