This is 3 times in a week. I’m shocked and very pleased with myself. It helped that I had a very early appointment today and was awake off and all nearly all night becuase I was worried that I’d oversleep.
This is 3 times in a week. I’m shocked and very pleased with myself. It helped that I had a very early appointment today and was awake off and all nearly all night becuase I was worried that I’d oversleep.
This morning I actually woke up 10 minutes before the alarm! I didn’t get out of bed or anything rash like that. In fact I even allowed myself a snooze. But I didn’t fall back asleep and it was only ONE SNOOZE and I was totally ready to get up when I did.
It was great. I wonder if I can do it again tomorrow.
Man, that sucked.
Really important early meetings help.
It being too hot to fall asleep at a resonable hour doesn’t help.
I’m still snoozing every single day, but I’m making it work for me. I’ve been on time to both work and appointments lately, even as I have more and more morning meetings.
In the past I’d set my alarm for a half hour early and then snooze for an hour an end up running late. These days I set if for a half hour early and then snooze until only a safe time. This morning I was even up way early, I had time to make oatmeal!
Just one snooze today. Not bad, not bad at all.
Sure, its probably the jet lag… But I have gotten up before the alarm the last couple days. I’m claiming a success.
I haven’t done this in ages.
I made another goal to get to bed on time. I’ve really been trying with that, but its only happened one time so far… But that one time it was much easier to get up in the morning. I hope once I get that down, this will be easier as well.
I got up on time today! Even earlier than normal.
Can I make it two days in a row? Hey, it’s Monday, maybe I can make it all week!
