have a mental orgasm

It has always puzzled me how a man can have a wet dream, orgasm without any form of physical stimulation, but during waken hours not be able to do this without physical stimulation. Also I dont see why this cannot be applied to women as well.
I started to experiment at night in bed, on trying to get to an orgasm without any physical stimulation. At first I could get real close but never able to go 100%, maybe 90% at best. But one attempt was successful eventually and the method to achieve this was not what one would expect. Further to this I have been able to do this at will and amazingly I can have multiple orgasm with full physical component many times in a row! That is something I did not believe a man could physically do.
It takes allot of concentration and quiet to do so its not like I could do it on the bus or want to for that matter, but when alone at home it can be done. It is a very odd sensation at first but the strength of the orgasm is much more than a conventional one, ask anyone who can remember a wet dream and they will say the sense of orgasm in a dream is much stronger than in waken reality.
