Monday 3/31 – 25 minute bike ride
Tuesday 4/1 – 5 minute bike ride to 20 minutes walking / jogging at track, 3 reps of 10 push ups & pull ups, 5 minute bike ride.

Did not meet goal of 3 times this week.
