Lost flexibility in legs due to few years of long distance running (marathons) and no stretching. I have nobody to blame but myself I guess, but i’m not about to give up on this goal because of how difficult it is gonna be. I’m in good physical condition with low body fat, fairly clean diet, etc and I want to be able to do the splits again just like when i was a kid. Little bit upsetting being 23 and no longer able to touch toes, and I intend to change this. Wish me luck!
