Feelin' like crap - must take better care of self 3 years ago

The past few days either my allergies are really acting up, or I’m getting sick… I’m not sure which I’d prefer…

Last night at around 9:00 I was really feeling icky, and I actually just went and crawled in the bed and fell to sleep almost immediately. I woke up this morning at approx 10AM, and after 12 hours of sleep, I am not 100%, but I’m definitely better…

Just for the record, my throat is killing me.

I ended up taking a nap yesterday – at about 5:30-ish and I slept until about 8:30pm.

I got in bed at 1:30AM, but was still awake at 2AM.
Once I fell asleep, I woke up several times during the night. I remember looking at the clock at almost 4AM.
This morning I woke up without the alarm at 11:30.

Last night I stayed up until 3:30AM because I got sucked into watching Spiderman 2. I slept until the alarm went off 11:15, and hit snooze until 11:45ish.
I feel completely exhausted today. Shocking.
I haven’t taken a nap yet today, but I’m thinking about it.

Last night I went to bed around midnight. I had trouble falling asleep, lots of thoughts running thru my mind… Once I fell asleep, I slept until the alarm went off.
This morning the alarm went off at 7:15, and I hit snooze a few times and finally got out of bed at 7:45. (I had class at 8:30.)
I don’t remember if I had any dreams last night.
I did not take a nap today.



Last night (April 19) 3 years ago

Last night I went to bed at 1:15AM and today I got up at 10:30AM.

I think I slept through the night, but S woke me up at 9:30 to ask me some questions, so my sleep was interrupted at that point, and I fell back to sleep (kind of) for an hour.

I had a dream that I remembered when I first woke up. I don’t know if I dreamt before S woke me up, or only after…

I feel rested today.



First - Track sleep patterns 3 years ago

My first goal is to simply track my sleeping patterns.
When am I going to sleep? When am I waking up?
Am I sleeping through the night?
Am I dreaming &/or remembering my dreams?
