i miss the weekly yoga we used to do in seattle and it did absolute wonders for my flexibility, posture and sense of peace. time to hop back on that train. and the first lesson is free. after that, i can buy a book of passes so I don’t have to pay every visit. i think once a week would be perfect. i can’t wait!
