I’m doing swimming this year. As you all know it, it’s a very demanding and hard sport. Plus, it’s an overall work out. This is my 3rd year doing it. I did it freshman year, sophomore year and now my last year… :)

Motivated like a Marine. 3 months ago

I been constantly going to the gym/working out as of this past Saturday! I am sure to keep it up. I went saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (today). (It’s good that I have PT every Thursday.) I am going to the gym Friday! I REALLY want to lose those 5 pounds by November! (Turnabout!) I have to look GREAT in that dress…

I been doing only cardio as in bike or treadmill. & on the treadmill now, I only run on 6 or more. No less than 6. Sometimes I do pilates. Agh. Come ooooooon results!!

Saturdays, my friend and I plan to work out for 2 whole hours!!

I haven’t been lifting weight because I want to lose my fat first. I know people say to lift weights, but I don’t want to bulk up. I bulk up really quick. So once I lose a lot of weight, I’ll begin to lift hopefully.



Empowered Today 3 months ago

I ran about 3.6 miles(I forgot how much exactly) today in 30 minutes today. My strength somehow today is BETTER! Like I feel a lot stronger, my endurance is up. I was on the treadmill running from 6.5 to 7.. then to 8! No breaks! I only increased UP.

I feel like I’m finally getting my strength back. Now just stay concentrated!!



WORKING MY ASS OFF 4 months ago

Today:

Ran 3 miles in about 30 minutes. No more than that. & I walked 1.5 miles. I guess if I want to become a Marine, I have to kick my own ass! I am working myself up to running 6 miles…

I just wonder how I will manage to run in the winter.. summer’s almost over :(

Yesterday:

Did my pilates with the ball. It’s about 50 minutes. It’s intense, but I’m glad I bought it. I got it from walmart & not so costly, veryyyyy convenient.

So my day today,
Started off the morning getting called a… fatty. By my brother’s friend.. not soo nice. I managed to take it a lot better than I used to, but it’s still killing me. He also once told me I look pregnant when I even WASN’T! :’(
As far as weight is concerned, I have not weighed myself since weeks ago! I really don’t want to look at the scale until.. perhaps the end of this week or even month! I’m just tired of being fat. I don’t need to see the scale to make me depressed.
Eating habits are waaaaaaay better now.

Ok so a whole new path in life…

I decided that I want to join the marines. But due to I’m still in high school. I am not yet to do so. But I will be by June 2010.

So this has inspired me to work out harder than I already do and lose weight so I can become a better runner. Lesser fat, lesser weight to run on.

To be honest, I have fallen off the wagon. But today I went to the track and ran 2 miles.. walked 2 laps. Enough for that.

This year I won’t be playing soccer =( & Which means I will HAVE to keep shape on my own. & start eating a lot cleaner again. Just the other day I ate a spinach salad with extra virgin olive oil. Grrrr. Still no major weight loss. Patient patient & CONSISTENCY. Something I haven’t been doing. hah.



Getting back to summer exercise 7 months ago

SO I know for sure I’ve gained..

I wouldn’t say too bad, but it’s too much for my petite size.

Luckily I am getting back on track. I ran/walked at the track for an hour yesterday.

I didd an hour and 45 mins worth of walking this morning with my friend.

Honestly, I been eating JUNK these past few days.

My self control is gone! Uh ohhhh. In the summer I seemed to have really good resistance against junk food and cravings, but now it’s just CRAZY! & Do I dare step on that scale? I THINK NOT!

Tomorrow is a new day so I just need to breathe and think positive. I can do this!

I have a friend thats coming in 3 weeks! YIKES!



PMS 7 months ago

I can really tell TOM is coming next week. I am craving carbs and I admit I been eating them lately. Bread, brownie, piece of cake, chips, noodles. I believe I have exceeded my carb count. What makes it even worse that I didn’t even go for a run today. =( Honestly though, I am SORE from the previous two days. I been going to the track for runs and to play soccer with friends.

I am sore on my inner thighs soo much. Which is a great thing because that’s a trouble spot for women. goshhh. PMS sucks!

Weight gain yet again! =(
