I heard a quiet voice across a noisy room. Without thinking about it, I spun around and moved towards her the excitement of seeing an old friend. I knew her – I was so positive. So cheesy but so true – I saw her face, everything about her face was familiar as day. We spoke; I have know idea were we could have met…Classic. We connected so deeply in an instant. 30 minutes later we were dancing in cold San Francisco rain outside the party… We played nicely together, she was so cool! So beautiful, so clear, so passionate about her work, life. She knew herself well and what she wanted from her experiences. Everything was so effortless between us. We kissed, we danced slowly, we stared at each other in bliss, and we did it all over again.
Why waste time when its not like that?
I guess I have to find some warm rain…or stay open to the unexpected.
