I really have seen my sugar cravings diminish a lot since I cut way back on sugar. I have only had maybe two regular sodas in the past few weeks. If I can get through the holidays without falling off the wagon and going on a sugar binge, I’m calling this one complete.

so, I got rid of the S’Mores pop tarts, and got…waffles. But not just any waffles – Kashi waffles. So they are made with all kinds of weird things like spelt. I put just a drizzle of honey on them and they are good to go. But they tend to come out kind of floppy, so I have to toast them an extra bit sometimes.

I really wanted a soda again this afternoon, but I settled for a diet coke w/lime. I know artificial sweeteners aren’t much better, but I’m trying, here, people!

I sometimes eat S’Mores pop tarts for breakfast. I had the last one in the cupboard this morning, and I’m not buying anymore.

I sure would like a soda from the cafeteria today, but I resisted. I did, however, have the remnants of a piece of cake from the communal fridge.
