This may seem a bit odd to some, but to start accomplishing this goal, I needed to find the time.
I’m a senior in high school so, between college apps and regular homework and clubs, time is hard to come by. I have realized that I have been waking up at between 4 or 5 in the morning, probably because of stress. So, I figure; why not take advantage of these 2 or 3 hours I have before school, and I will do homework, college stuff, research whatever. I’ll probably become a coffee addict, but I’m short anyway so I don’t see a problem with that. That accomplishes many things: helps me free up my evenings to go out with friends or play guitar or whatever, it prepares me for college and organizing my time efficiently, and forces me to be more awake and energetic for school.
I honestly don’t care about lack of sleep. I’d rather live passionately than worry about sleep. I will get enough, 6 hours a night, plus I eat healthy amounts of fruits, veggies, protien, carbs, &c. to keep my energy up. Maybe a little cafeine here or there. I’ll have more time and not feel so much like I am lagging behind in life. Actually accomplishing things.
I’m not sure where I will go from here, but I’ll write another entry tomorrow probably.
