I’ve been trying to eat healthier for about a year now, and I’m improving. I used to eat a lot of pizza and fries and other junk food like chips and soda. I haven’t eaten pizza, fries or soda for about 2 months now and I rarely eat chips. My skin has improved a lot and I lost my belly (I was always really skinny but I had a big belly lol). For snacks I usually eat an apple or some other fruit, or nuts. I want to eat more salads and maybe try tofu, because I heard it’s really good.
