I can do one, but not so easily. I need to be very warm and do some prep poses as well. I will keep this on my list, because I also want to do a wide leg straddle split.

I think that in a few more weeks I will be able to go all the way down on the floor. I haven’t been practicing this daily, but I see huge results already. Using the wall helps to really open up my hips.

I almost forgot about this goal-it’s something that I’ve always wanted to do since I was a child. Lately, I’ve become so much more flexible and I’m getting closer. It is such a good stretch too! I feel long and like my legs go on forever when I do this.
