I am learning to stop worrying.I tend to feel really stressed out and then almost have a panic attack.What I do instead is stand, close my eyes and breathe.Then I say to myself “It’s not important”.Then I count to ten.It really helps.If its not important to me or I can’t help it,then I feel better.
