Kick started working out

This goal helped me kick start my work out initiative. I haven’t lost weight yet, but exercising is the first step.

I have been doing a decent job of getting some activity every day. I think I’ll hit my goal if I keep this up.

My clothes didn’t fit when I tried to get dressed up Saturday night. It was a pretty jarring wake-up call.

I went home and worked out. Woot!



Uh, crap?

I completely forgot that I set this as a goal. It’s now Jan. 17. I kinda thought I’d be screwed on completing it, but I’m not. That’s only an average of 18 minutes of exercise per day beginning today. It’s a wonderful goal and I’m going to begin working on it today!
