I have already lost about 20 pounds – surprisingly when I started college. I went from a size 12/14 to a size 8/10. I am happy about this accomplishment, but I want to keep going. 15 (or another 20) pounds would set me at what my doctor says is a desirable, and healthy/healthier weight. I know it takes time and commitment.. and a hell of a lot of discipline. But that is okay.
