Move to New York

sometimes it just seems so impossible. I couldn’t even imagine, but I would love nothing more.

In May of 2005, I took a class trip to New York City. I fell in love instantly. I grew up in the city, and I’ve always loved it. New York City just seems like the right environment for me. From the subway to walking the streets, broadway, and the big buildings, it ALL catches my attention. And it fascinates me. I stayed for about a week, and did the normal tourist things. I visited the Empire State Building, the Rockefellar Center, Central Park, Grand Central Station, And every morning I would sneak out of my hotel, managing to quietly make it by my chaperones, to go to a little Eurocafe around the corner. Something About that enourmous city just grabbed me. I loved the fact that there was always something going on. And I could always just walk somewhere, and admire what was around me. Ever since i’ve been, I’ve longed to go back. Ever since then, I’ve had my heart set on living there. It’d be a great experience. And I think I could do it.
