oh hell! vegor threw some tbones on the grill…delish. i roasted zucchini and yellow squash with olive oil, red pepper flakes and pesto sauce. awesome.
last night i did a copycat recipe of carrabba’s chicken bryan. With a few twists of my own, it turned out to be delicious!!
*grilled chicken (over charcoal…mmmm.) topped with goat cheese that is slightly melted in the last few minutes of cooking the chicken. also topped with a sundried tomato sauce made with a reduction of white wine, butter and lemon. i added some red pepper flakes for a little extra kick.
*roasted vegetables (squash, zuchinni, tomatoes {the hydroponics are on sale at smiths right now for 99 cents/lb!} with lots and lots of garlic, a little unsalted butter and more red pepper flakes.
DELICIOUS!!
