Franny and Zooey – J.D. Salinger

I finished Franny and Zooey a couple of days ago and I must say that I really enjoyed it. More of those intellectual assholes that I relate to so characteristic of Salinger. tongue.gif I found it somewhat reminiscent of The Royal Tenenbaums in the way that the family was portrayed.

Grapes of Wrath – John Steinbeck

Again, for school. It wasn’t a terrible book, I just absolutely abhor the Great Depression.

The Jungle – Upton Sinclair

I read it for school. I wasn’t terribly fond of it, but it wasn’t awful.
