I have been very good about this. I am feeling better and better. I need to watch my diet more closely to get the gains I wish to achieve. I have lost 4” to 6” off my waist and my shirts are getting tight in the chest. It is nice going from a pear to a V.

I had a long day yeaterday. Worked from 5AM until 11:30PM and was back at work at 5:00 this morning.
I walked 5 miles this afternnon and just finished hitting the weight room. My son and his girlfriend were over, I will be very sore tomorrow.
Time for a power nap after a shower.

I can’t run or jog, but I have been walking for at least one hour every day. My dog absolutely loves this. Some days we are out for over three hours. When it rains I ride an airdyne. I’ve been lifting weights and am just at the point now where I can start really working hard.
I am not obsessed with my body, but it does feel really good to feel strong again.
