been slipping from this because of the rain and my horrible sleeping pattern. but i managed to step out again for a walk today. i’ve been so sluggish and lazy for the past few days so it’s great to breathe some fresh air and energy again =)



3-4 walks 19 months ago

i am currently trying to walk 3-4 times a week for half an hour each time. the thought of helping my heart stay healthy is keeping more motivated than i expected. previously it was all about losing a few extra kilos. the kilos hasn’t shed yet, but i do feel a difference.
