i started a new fitness regime. i’m self-training six days a week on top of yoga three to four times a week… hopefully, i’ll move closer and closer to this goal. woohoo! i can only imagine how great it will be.

it’s so hard to hold your core all the time, but it does eventually give you a nice posture and makes your abs look great.
