I really need to work on this because I have a really bad back as a result of 2 car wrecks. I was told by my doctor that I have the back of an 80-year-old. I am only 25. I have 7 ruptured disks, an old compression fracture, degenerative disk disease, and mild scoliosis. So, this is something that I have to do! The doctor said that hopefully it can be maintained and not get any worse.
