boot camp 3 years ago

I have started waking up at 5:15 every morning 5 days a week and going to a boot camp program for work-a-holics. I’m getting toned but not losing weight. . . probably my sugar addiction and all my students giving me chocolate for christmas. that’s another thing i’ll do—cut sugar.
