I will get the $108 vegetarian prix fixe menu. I haven’t chosen my appetizer or main course yet but I want the yuzu sorbet for dessert. I just LOVE yuzu.
I want to go here because it was ranked one of the top 10 best restaurants in the world by the International Herald Tribune – Per Se was also in the top 10, but they don’t have a vegetarian menu!
