This is the best thing that I’ve done all year long. Letting the comments go in one ear and out of the other. My mom said some pretty crude things to me last week and while they hurt my feelings. I don’t care what she thinks or anyone else for that matter.

Why should I care what other people think about who I am or what it is that I want to do with my life? B/c by other peoples standards I will never be “enough” It’s hard enough controling my own thoughts of myself let alone everyone else’s.
