over the next two weeks i have to get it lined up with a “normal”day, for classes at 9:30 in the morning. i want to be going to sleep around midnight and waking up at 7or 8. so i have to flip the whole thing backwards.
i’m going to sleep at 4 or 5 am, though it gets to be 6 or 7 sometimes too. and waking up around 2 or 3 in the afternoon.
bed time is set at 3 now. when that works it goes back another hour, until i’m at midnight.
and if i can get my lazy ass out of bed and not just to hit the snooze button, i want to start that at 11 and move back an hour ever other day or so.
cause if i wake up earlier i’ll actually be tired when it comes to bed time.
and no naps!!!
