I just tried re-wording this goal on my list, and realised I’ve changed it for the whole team. Sorry! I’ll change it back, but unfortunately will have to leave the team to be able to re-word it the way I want…
WeekendBad things: Much too big a portion of ready-meal lasagne; WAY too much chocolate; two portions of custard brioche; entire bottle of rosé wine
Good things: Salmon fillet with green beans; HUGE mixed salad with chicken; couple mandarin oranges; lots of fresh cherries; lamb chops with baby potatoes and another big salad; large fresh berry smoothie; plenty of water
Funny things: ‘Punishment’ shots for knocking over the tower while playing Jenga with my cousins – vodka, pernod, apple schnapps, coconut, cherries, lemon, chocolate sauce, salt… very weird and nasty combinations :o)

I came prepared to avoid sneaky afternoon chocolate today! Rations for afternoon snacking: yummy apple like yesterday’s, handful dried pineapple, one leee-tle caramel chocolate (being reserved for when this task I’m doing, which I hate, is finished!)

what all I ate over the long weekend, and even if I did I’d probably be too embarrassed to write it all here – it did include a few healthy things like salad sandwiches and fruit and lots of water, but it also involved pizza and chips and quite phenomenal quantities of chocolate. (Hey, premenstrual women are allowed chocolate, right? We wouldn’t crave it if we didn’t need it, right?!)
