Ode to Guilty Pleasures

So, we all have them. Maybe I should just work on not being so embarassed about my pleasures, as in, if you don’t feel guilty about liking something, then it’s not a big deal. But, for now, I get a little rosy-cheeked when someone finds out about a pleasure…I don’t know, I guess because I’m an ‘academic’ and not supposed to like such things.
So here’s my list of guilty pleasures (it will most certainly be added to over time):
1) Shakira (have you heard her latest album, though? really quite good).
2) American Idol
3) Wedding shows (this, from the girl who has always had a vendetta against marriage)
4) Ashanti
