The first step is always the hardest part and then comes the consistency. I started today added my first post to my journal. I’m going to try to do this for four weeks to see if I can turn this into a habit. Writing my daily thoughts was always helpful when I did it in the past. It helped me to stay mentally focused, let’s see how it goes this time around.
