I have been struggling with this goal. I have decide to give the Topics du Jour journaling method a try to give me a jump start.
Biweekly I will be rotating 14 pre-selected topics of things that are important to me. Each day I will write a paragraph or two about that days topics. The 14 topics I will focus on first are:
