This tapping thing works for me so far.

Maybe it's all psychosomatic, but this is actually helping.... 5 months ago

I’ve done this two nights in a row now, and I’m asleep within 20 minutes after doing a tapping pattern. Wow.

Huh. 5 months ago

I spoke w/ my HR department, and was given the option of bringing in a doctor’s note to adjust my work schedule, to accommodate the days that I’ve not slept. By law, this will protect me from the incessant bitching by two people in my office. Awesomeness.

I just want to sleep.

DAMN, DAMN, DAMN!!! It's only a prototype! Boooo! 6 months ago

Gotta love those Irish, though.
This is pure genius.

I wish I could shut my brain off at night. 6 months ago

That’s when it gets really bad. My mind starts to race, and I can’t stop thinking about things. I’ve tried pills, going to bed earlier, staying up until dawn and feeling like hell the next day, reading, meditations, deep breathing, avoiding eating anything an hour before laying down, etc.

It’s been like this for two years, and with no sign of letting up. I’m tired of being tired.

goddamn it... 6 months ago

3:30 a.m.

I have to be up in three hours.

This sucks.

Damn it, Brain. Shut the fuck up. 6 months ago

4 a.m., wide awake, not turning this time into anything productive.

At least if I could sort this crap out in my head, I’d feel better, but all I want to do is sleep. It’s like OCD for the clueless.

And I’m thirsty for chocolate milk. Sugar is my enemy at the moment. This is the epitome of counterproductive. Boo.
