cant believe I wrote on here almost a year ago saying I wanted to lose 20LBS!! well, i did loose some…14LB, but i put it back on as I was in mourning for my Grandad who died suddenly…so I forgive myself :) but again, it’s that time of year, you can feel spring in the air and summer on the approach….so i’m going to make a conscious effort.
My meals are healthy, it’s just the junk food binges and the extra (i walk 16miles/week to and from work) exercise I need to work on.
WE CAN ALL DO THIS IF WE SET OUR MINDS TO IT.

i’ve lost 44lbs slowly over the past 2 years, i now need to lose 20-22lbs fast!!! i can do this if i concentrate…i usually concentrate for a month and then stop for 3 months blaa blaa but this will change….
im having dissertation and exams etc at the moment so my exercise has declined unfortunatley…BUT I WILL GET UP EARLIER TO DO 1 HOUR AT THE GYM atleast every 2 days…cardio and resistance…
I WILL QUITE THE JUNK FOOD which i am only craving because I am stressed…
I WILL FIT INTO MY GRADUATION BALL GOWN WITH EASE!!!!
RRRRaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!
