Day 3-Day 10

I will do these in 10 day increments like other posters…just makes more sense!

Definitely did Day 3, Can’t remember if I did Day 4, and I haven’t dont Day 5 yet, but I will!

And while working one muscle group to the exclusion of all others is not desirable, it’s a hell of a lot better than doing NOTHING. :)



Day two

100 Crunches, and then 50 lower body lifts.



Day One

100 crunches – shoulder blades lifted from the ground, so in essence, the mini-really-kill-your-upper-abs crunches.

Then I did about 15 lower body seat lifts for the lower abs – but I was thwarted from completing them by the fact that it was getting late.
