It’s great to be a ‘make it happen’ person! That dragging feeling has disappeared and it’s so wonderful when you look back over a period of time and realize that what the time represents isn’t just time, but all the things that have been accomplished.
Making a lifestyle change and taking on more responsibility was a major step in reaching this goal. You simply HAVE to be more go-getter in order to keep things from falling apart and so you do it. It’s great. It’s what makes the world go round.

My brother in law lent a book to me called the Power of Focus, and there is a whole chapter on how to stop Procrastinating. A nice point it made in there is that if you take a few letters out and re-arrange the others, you get the word CASTRATE.
It suggests thinking of the word CASTRATE, when you find yourself procrastinating, and the mere thought of that and what it means – the cutting off of your FUTURE… will shock you in action.
Definitely, thinking of the negative aspects of procrastination, while I’m in the act, definitely helps me dislike the fact that I’m doing it and helps me get to it and do what I’ve got to do.
Right now I’m right on schedule with my secular work and that feels great. I’m behind in the ministry, but am banking on the fact that I’ll be able to make it up later in Estonia.
So everything seems to be quite caught up right now.
