Ideally, I’d start by going to Pilates class twice a week. I go at lunchtime but work has been so busy lately. I need to keep up the classes though… this is an important one.
I think in order to say this goal is done, I will need to get to a stage where I really notice the improvement doing the exercises.
Might start blocking out my diary at lunchtime and do something every day to do with 43 things.
