Get up at 5: 40 on weekdays

I got up at 7 am yesterday.
Todya Im going to bed at 1210 and aim to get up at 5: 40.
I need to some drawings for some work.
It says on the net you can get by , sleeping 5 hours and for some plpl itsenough.
I hope thats the case with me.
Need to keeep sane.
