And it feels good.. being active and eating healthy. Going back to gym soon – so it will be good.

Not sure how it happened – but I’ve dropped a stone gradually and naturally. I guess that’s the way to go. Yeah!
I’ve been excercising like crazy for about a month and don’t see any real results. Shooks. Motivation is rock bottom but will carry on and report in in about a month!
I’ve had a tolerable half stone lingering on my body before hand. So, now, I want to shed them all. I never had flaps and such and feel so disgusted with myself.
Even though I gave birth eight weeks ago and it’s supposed to take time. I don’t want to reach a point where I start tolerating the excess weight because then it will be HARD to do anything about it. I also need more energy, I went from being a very active person to sedentary in the past few years and as a result I’m suffering from daily fatigue. My new lifestyle is also probably why I gained more in the pregnancy than my last.
Here’s my plan thus far. I’m going to keep it simple to start with… Any more tips are welcomed…
1. Cycle for 30 minutes and walk for 30 every day – or when possible at the local park.
2. From JAN – find some form of interesting exercise class / place / thing to help me tone up. I’m into martial arts, also thinking belly dancing – don’t know if their good for toning up.. ?? I’ll need to research this.
3. My diet is not so bad actually… I just need more fluids but less tea!!
Deadline – my birthday.
