So…the lunges and crunches yesterday I did are not kind today. Yeouch, I’m outta shape and sore. But the pain must be a good sign, beause it heralds some progress! (I sincerely hope.)
I did another set of lunges today. I’m pretty sure that if I can take the pain of doing them every day for two weeks, it will finally stop hurting.

I picked up my friend today, and we went to a high school track. We walked three miles (jogging one 400 meter lap), did some crunches, lunges, leg lifts, etc. Lots of stretching. I feel better. I hope I can continue this. Once it’s not as cold, I’ll get back to jogging. It just really hurts my throat now to do hard exercise with the weather.
