Over winter i enjoyed my wine and cheese and holiday food a little too much and gained around 10 pounds. (woops!) So for the last month I have put myself on restriction and have been exercising and limiting my calories … writing stuff down and crap. i didnt lose any weight (while my boyfriend, by proximity, lost over 10 pounds). Anyway … so my last period ended last week and in 5 days i have dropped 10 pounds! Can you believe that? Isnt that insane? How can I know if I am losing weight if I am retaining water like a camel? So I seem to have lost ten pounds but i still have to lose that same 20 from before. Bleh!
I think I’ve lost 10 or 15 pounds so far. I say ‘I think’ cuz my scale needs a new battery. :D Sadly when I’ve lost THIS 20 pounds … I will want to lose ANOTHER 20 pounds. lol!
I think I lost 3 pounds. I’m trying not to notice too much. The plan is a lot of fiber and water.
I have no scale so this can be a challenge. I think I am eating too much indulgent food. More americanos and less lattes. That’s the plan … I hope. ;) I’m nursing too, so I have to be careful how I reduce my calories. Too much and the milk dries up. I have to work soome more activity into my schedule … I’m not sure that my excuse that carrying around a 20 pound baby is enough exercise. (I do walk a mile everyweek day, minimum)
I had a baby last September and got REALLY REALLY FAT! I have lost 43 pounds and want to lose at least 20 more. I’d love to lose another 40 but I’ll be okay with 20. :)
