I am making improvements in this field. I’ve got seafood down pat (I can suate scallops with pesto or cook up a mean fish fillet), I’m good with pasta (I even invented a recipe for spicy sausage and peppers over pasta), got a couple of slow cooker recipes down, and i can make eggs, steak, and roast a chicken or a pot roast. I’ve even mastered Brian’s special pesto chicken skillet.
