that I’m still doing really well on this. Basically, I’m generally thinking of it and haven’t been slouching at all, even when I’m tired. I’d absolutely love it if this became a habit. Well, I’ve really been doing it hardcore for the past week. So, we’ll say that if I can get to August and I’m still doing, there’s a good chance I’ll keep it up. At that point, I’d be okay with checking this off. =0)

I’ve been remembering to correct my posture lately and actually doing it! I do see a huge correlation between my ability to have better posture and when I’m working out regularly (specifically pilatis). Good to know, hope I can keep it up. =0)
Pilatis has helped me in the past and I’m doing that again. Also, I think this is one of those things where I’ll try to make the decision to sit up tall whenever I think of it, until it becomes a habit and I don’t have to think of it. =0)
