I’ve walked almost every day so far this month and I’m very pleased with myself especially because I’ll even walk if no one else can join me. I’m definitely marking this as done if I do it the rest of this month. I don’t dread doing it and I feel good during it and afterwards, I feel good that I’m taking care of myself.
I was thinking about what it would take to check this off and I’ve decided that it will be when it’s a habit to walk every day, not that I’ll be completely perfect, but I’d like it to reach habit status where I just naturally try to include a walk in any given day’s schedule.
So I walked yesterday and today. and it felt pretty good. =0)
I feel very good whenever this happens. It’s good to get outside, get moving, my dog likes it, usually it ends up being a good bonding time with whoever I walk with. lots of good stuff. =0)
I’ve taken a walk everyday since the last entry.
It helps that today was absolutely gorgeous.
