I have reached the stage where I can occasionally shop with my eldest daughter without getting two stressed, so hopefully it shouldn’t be too long. I tried to visit the shopping centre alone a couple of weeks ago but had a panic attack after about an hour and had to call hubby to come get me. I am obviously unable to work just yet, but hopefully it won’t be too much longer.
