I have to admitt, I missed it. I does help keep track of what your eating and helps you stay accoutable to yourself and keeps you on track to weight loss. I lost 40 lbs in 2007 and this year I gained 20 lbs back. So, here I go, I am going to start Sparking again and getting motivated to loose weight and get into shape.
