The conditioning has begun... 3 years ago

I swan 600 yards the other night. I’m going to increase slowely to about 3500 yards, a couple times a week. Then I’ll work on holding my breath.

I’m going for three minutes. I’m going to call an EMT before I do it, just in case.

I swam 250 feet underwater a few years ago. When I came to the surface I nearly passed out. It was a defining moment in my life. I decided that the road I would follow for the rest of my life would not include doing stupid things like that.

Alas, I have lost the road, and now wander in the woods.
