Am going to be teaching in TR on Nov. 6th, day before election day, for 3 weeks, Lord willing, if I can get 3 students. They are sending out press release in TR. Calligaphy class, 15.00 for 3 classes, 5.00 a class, 3.00 material fee.
Not bad. Thought the elderly who are on SSI and probably eating Fancy Feast for supper would appreciate the cheap price.
class will be at the Commission on Aging in Three Rivers, Michigan, behind the Library, 2:30 – 5:00 p.m. Mondays.

Am teaching a class on calligraphy in about 2 weeks, for 3 weeks, on Mondays, in Three Rivers, Michigan at the Senior Center. Can hardly wait. Cheap!!! 5.00 a class. I’m praying that after I get this under my belt, the Sr. Center in Kalamazoo and Portage and maybe even Allegan (have a friend who is applying right now for director of Commission on Aging in Allegan, her initials are P.B.).
I will supply paper. 3.00 studio or lab fee will cover the cost of a brush and a tube of gouache.
Update: Feb. 8th, 2007: have had 2 sessions of 3 students each, 9 hours of instruction (for only 15.00 +3.00 material fee). Have one more session, 4 students signed up for March. Praise the Lord, people (anonymous donor) at church donated snow tires to me so it will be safer driving to Three Rivers, this Monday, February 12th. Will get them installed tomorrow.
