I took the time to organise my favourite recipes that I’d book marked over the last year on the internet and picked out a few that I thought I could tackle one weekend.
Ginger, orange and cinnamon vegan frech toast. It sounds like it would be a taste sensation but the reality was a soggy piece of warm bread with a bitter orange after taste. This book mark was soon deleted. But at least I tried.
Next, sweet potato and avocado inside out sushi with a maple and soy sauce reduction. My first attempt at the inside out malarky proved to be fairly successul however I am glad I cup back on the reduction ingredients. There was far too much!
All in all, a a good effort for the first weekend of the year!
