I’ve been logging my diet almost every day. I’m good on most of the food groups (I’ve been buying big jugs of V8 to take care of my veggies) but I’m getting way too much sodium and usually a little too much saturated fat.

If you go to mypyramid.gov you can track your food intake and have it automatically analyzed to see that your taking in the right amount of different kinds of foods for you age and body type. I’m going to try to use this every day.
